ADUS continues to support the important work of the non-profit organization Boroume by informing about the organization’s education program «Boroume at School».
Schools will open for another year and the «Boroume at School» program continues unabated with the aim of creating young food saving warriors. Informing and making children aware of the issue of food waste, volunteering and social contribution is a prerequisite for the development of a society that will embrace them in the future.
Boroume has created a rich educational material with useful information on the subject of food waste and various activities (verbal exercises, artistic activities, activities to express feelings and ideas, etc.), on the relevant thematic units. The educational material contains 2 different programs, short (1-2 hours) and long (4-8 hours), which are adapted to the needs of each school in consultation with the teacher in charge.
