About the job

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time job at the head offices in Peristeri, Athens.

The company provides a pioneering Outsourcing Business Model of integrated Commercial & Distribution service provision within super market chain stores to FMCG companies, in the following areas: Sales, Merchandising, Ordering, In-Store Promotion, Below-the-line services and Business Extroversion services.

 

What You’ll Do

• Develop a strong understanding of the products/services, competition, industry, and marketing goals
• Managing all Digital Media Channels & Tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media content & Ads etc)
• Developing/Managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns in Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms
• Produce content on visual editing tools for promotional activities
• Tracking digital marketing performance and supervise ROI and KPIs
• Use data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance for developing accurate insights and making data-driven marketing decisions
• Overseeing the digital marketing budget
• Managing the digital marketing calendar
• Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company
• Designing and maintaining the customer’s online presence
• Brainstorm new and creative growth digital strategies
• Coordination/close cooperation with the Sales, Communication / PR and Marketing people

 

What you’ll need

• BS/MS degree in digital marketing or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in digital marketing
• Work experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Work experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Copywriting experience
• Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends
• Excellent knowledge of English Language
• Very comfortable with technology and new digital tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
• Passion for the digital marketing industry and its best practices
